We are confident in our service as we use only the best materials and techniques to meet the highest standards in repair and restoration.

3. How often should I clean my jewelry? Do you have jewelry cleaning services?

Yes, we offer jewelry cleaning services. We recommend professional cleaning at least twice a year depending on the condition of your jewelry. Wear and tear will dictate your jewelry’s condition. Our professional cleaning services include removing dirt and oil, restoring jewelry’s brilliance, and restoring tarnished pieces. Consult with our technicians for detailed professional cleaning of jewelry.

4. What is the appraisal process, and why is it important?

Jewelry appraisals are conducted to determine the accurate value of your jewelry piece for whatever purpose. We have qualified professionals who assess the current market value of your piece, its quality and craftsmanship.
