At Ken Walker Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

You have 15 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

I came in to get a quote on resizing my antique Victorian filigree ring & although I just can’t afford it atm due to our family only being on one salary currently, considering I have 150 year old ring that needs resizing from 6 to 11 (big size i know but it’s for my index finger, plus I’ve always had naturally sausage-y fingers lol) the quote was a fair price. The customer service was out of this world, they are all so nice & knowledgeable. Ashley was the one who helped me, she was so sweet! Can’t wait to bring my ring back in a few months to get resized & repaired. Also my grandmother in law came in & she had nothing but good things to say as well.

I recently brought my wedding ring in to be cleaned, and during the inspection, they noticed that one of the prongs holding my diamond was broken. What started as a routine visit turned into a thoughtful conversation about how my ring had become uncomfortable and no longer felt right—it didn’t fit properly and just didn’t reflect what I wanted anymore. With the wonderful help of Drew we explored options and ultimately decided to upgrade to a new band while keeping my original diamond, which meant a lot to me. I also traded in some old jewelry to help offset the cost, which they made incredibly easy and straightforward with assistance from Ashley and Stacey. The entire team was patient, kind, and truly supportive—never pushy, always respectful. I felt like I had all the time I needed to make this big decision without any pressure, and that made all the difference. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I always felt like I was in the loop. My new ring will be so beautiful and elegant, but also simple and timeless—exactly what I was looking for. My diamond will be in a better setting that will work better for my life as a nurse and I’m so excited to wear it. This experience turned something that could’ve been stressful into something really meaningful and joyful. Drew, Ashley, and Stacey were an absolute delight to work with, and I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance and care. 10/10 recommend for all your jewelry needs (care and new purchases alike)!

I reached out to Bailey and Bailey via email in hopes of getting a retirement gift (hunting knife) engraved within a very tight deadline. They responded immediately and were incredibly helpful! They do not work directly with the public, but had me go through Ken Walker Jewelers. The staff at Ken Walker were instrumental in getting our gift personalized. In the end, we were able to get the leather knife sheath engraved and back in 3 days! The help and communication from the Ken Walker staff were above and beyond! I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for jewelry or need something engraved! It is the best customer service I’ve experienced in years… maybe ever!

I don’t wear or buy jewelry, but I do visit every couple years to get watch batteries replaced. The staff are always so pleasant. Drew was especially awesome and took some time to show me a watch that is now on my gift list. I highly recommend Ken Walker Jewelers.

I been to several jewelry stores in my days and one night watching MTV Ken Walker commercial came on. My daighter and I took a short road trip and had the best experience ever. Very friendly staff and the knowledge of jewely they showed us. I will be back this weekend.
